60 seconds of jogging, then 90 seconds walking, alternating for 20 minutes. It was good, I’m looking forward to making progress with this. My Mum used to run marathons, but I’ve never enjoyed running all that much. Probably because I’ve never been too serious about getting fit and healthy before. Watch this space!
